In this session participants will be introduced to Edmodo as a tool to promote interaction, differentiation, and classroom management. I introduce Edmodo as en educational Facebook. Classroom students jump at the chance to work with me, and each other, through this platform. Create groups within the group, assign things, design and give quizzes, use polls for feedback, upload files for student/parent access at home, store useful sites in student 'backpacks,' collaborate with colleagues, and promote internet literacy through its use.
