Learn how to create an SLO that can be used for teacher assessement and goal tracking. It will be focused on the area of unified arts, as creating SLOs tends to be more difficult in this area of teaching versus the core subjects. I was part of the pilot program for the 2014-2015 school year. In this pilot, teachers replaced their normal yearly goal with an SLO that was tracked throughtout the school year to demonstrate student growth.
